Planning a party, business conference or special event? Bolney Meadow Community Centre is the perfect location! Check out our spaces and competitive rates and contact us to book. Banqueting tables and chairs and the kitchen is included in the main hall hire.

Step 1: Check Availability
Simply give us a call or send an email to find out if we have availability for your preferred dates. You can even chat with us live via the website during office hours.
Step 2: Book and pay for your event
Complete the booking form and return it to us either in person or by email. We will send you an e- invoice with account details for making payment. Be sure to use your e-invoice number as your payment reference so that we can easily identify your payment.

The main hall is our largest space and it is ideal for conferences and large social events. Like most of our spaces it is light and airy and has windows on both the upper ground level and in the high ceiling. There is a projector screen on the wall and built-in speakers.

Large Meeting Room
The large meeting room is ideal for workshops or meetings. Like most of our spaces it is light and airy and has windows on both the upper ground level and in the high ceiling. There is a projector screen on the wall as well as a white board.

Small Meeting Room
The small meeting room is ideal for interviewing or small meetings It has two sets of windows and a white board.
Size: 22m2 (236 sq ft)
Cost: £25 per hour
The music room has one complete station (iMac, keyboard, maschine, microphone and speakers) and three additional individual stations each with an iMac, keyboard and headphones. The room is also equipped with a wide screen TV (for teaching).
