KUMON Study Support Grant

The Bolney Meadow Community Centre Management CIC Board have set up a small grant for the 2021/22 academic year to help young residents improve their mathematics and English skills . The community centre will be working with parents and KUMON (Kennington Study Centre) to ensure that the effects of the COVID-19 lockdown does not negatively impact the children of Bolney Meadow Estate.

The aim is that children as young as three and and old as 14 years of age would benefit from the grant. It is important for parents to note that there are limited grants spaces so it is important to enroll as soon as possible. BMCCCIC will pay KUMON directly up to 70% of the cost* of one subject (either maths or English) every month until the end of the academic year. If there is more interest than anticipated BMCCCIC will operate a waiting list.

*Grant payments will cease immediately if KUMON monitoring information show that the child's attendance has fallen below 99%. Children on the waiting list will then be able to take their place.
