The Bolney Meadow Community Centre Community Interest Company is looking for an inspirational individual to manage reception in a vibrant local facility delivering an ambitious programme of activities for Notting Hill Housing Group residents and the wider community.
As receptionist, you will ensure a welcoming reception for guests, paying special attention to the needs and aspirations of those who most experience social exclusion, under the guidance of the centre manager.
The duties include:
Welcoming members of the public / visitors
Signposting guests and providing appropriate information
Taking booking enquiries for hiring the centre
Raising invoice requests with the bookkeeper and chasing payments
Keeping accurate records of bookings
